Choose Life

Many children never see daylight,
They never laugh or cry.
They will not be able to fly a kite,
Instead, someone forces them to die.
Why do they allow such pain
And such sorrow?
For there is no gain,
And no tomorrow.
The Bible says, "Thou shalt not kill",
And with tears many plead.
Yet countless people do it still,
As if it is what they need.
So why treat them this way,
And cause an early death?
Listen to God's Word and obey,
Let them breathe that first breath.
When I Did Fear

When I did fear, the Lord was near,
He did see what was mocking me.
The Lord did conquer the devil, the mocker,
I was the devil's prey, but not today!
When I did fear the Lord did hear.
