Faith Baptist Church held our first organized service in August of 1990. The church had operated for about a year as a mission church and was commissioned by the Galilee Baptist Church in Monroe, NC. With a growing membership, the church soon built the current auditorium which seats nearly 300 people.
Our pastor, Tony Jones and his family came to Faith Baptist Church in April 2003. The church had faced the fire, but God was not finished with us, and He proved it by giving us a real spirit of Revival and the Blessings that come to an obedient church. The church has grown in attendance and membership, and the Lord has proven His blessings to the church especially in the last 7 years. we are thankful to the Lord for the power and blessings He has given to us as we strive to serve Him.
With a burning desire to reach the LowCountry with the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, FAITH BAPTIST CHURCH has purposed to be faithful to preaching and teaching the Word of God and sending our missionaries to further the cause of Christ in "Jerusalem, Judaea, and Samaria, and to the Utermost part of the earth"
